What if it rains or gets cold?

If the screening is going ahead you will receive an email titled “Everything you need to know for tonight’s screening” around 4pm. If the weather conditions are unsafe (strong winds and storms), the event’s organisers will cancel the screening and let ticket holders know via email and text usually around 4pm on the date of the screening. This email will contain a voucher code for the value of your booking, allowing you to rebook for another screening.
