What if it rains or gets cold?

Openair Cinemas is an all-weather outdoor event that will go ahead in most weather conditions. Films will still be screened if it rains intermittently, so bring wet weather gear just in case of showers. If the screening is going ahead you will receive an email titled “Everything you need to know for tonight’s screening” around 4pm. If the weather conditions are unsafe (strong winds and storms), the event’s organisers will cancel the screening and let ticket holders know via email and text usually around 4pm on the date of the screening. This email will contain a voucher code for the value of your booking, allowing you to rebook for another screening.

Do you accept companion cards?

Yes. If you are a Companion Cardholder, admission to the event is free. Please show your card at the box office upon arrival to receive your General Admission ticket.*

*Only applies to General Admission tickets.
