Adina Apartment Hotels – Terms and Conditions
- Competition entries close on Monday 22 April 2019 and the winner will be notified by phone and email by Tuesday 30 April 2019
- Prize is based on 2 people sharing a studio apartment room and is valid for one 2 night stay transaction at any Adina property in Australia or New Zealand only
- Subject to availability at the property and is not available for school holiday periods, peak periods, special event or other blackout periods
- Prize must be taken by 31 December 2019
- Dates of travel must be confirmed by 30 June 2019 and the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if the dates are not confirmed by deadline
- Minimum 45 days notice period to be given for dates of travel
- All elements including flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. There is no cash alternative.
- Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Winner will be required to produce credit card upon check in to hotel for incidentals. This is mandatory.
- Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses.
- Airline tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods.
- Individual supplier terms and conditions apply.
- Flights: Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights. The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.
- Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision.
- It is the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion to ensure they have a valid passport, Visas and travel insurance for any international travel. The Promoter is not liable for any expenses incurred regarding travel insurance or rights to travel internationally.
